ANALISIS PERFORMANSI VIDEO KOMPRESI H.265 (HEVC) DAN VP9 PADA LAYANAN VIDEO STREAMING INTERNET PROTOCOL TELEVISION (IPTV) DARI SEGI QUALITY OF SERVICE (QOS)

Layanan Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) akan terus menerus berkembang karena permintaan dan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap kualitas layanan Televisi semakin tinggi. Tentunya pengguna menginginkan streaming video dengan kualitas yang bagus, hal tersebut berpengaruh besar pada pengalokasian bandwidth yang dibutuhkan, sehingga teknologi kompresi video menjadi salah satu cara agar tetap menjaga kualitas video namun dapat meminimalisir konsumsi bandwidth yang dibutuhkan. Sebelum di lakukan proses streaming, video harus diolah terlebih dahulu, maka dibutuhkan codec (untuk mengompresi dan mendekompresi video). High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) atau yang disebut juga H.265 merupakan kompresi video (codec) yang dikembangkan oleh Video Coding Experts Group atau Visual Coding Experts Group. VP9 merupakan kompresi video (codec) terbaru yang dikembangkan oleh Google. VP9 menghasilkan kualitas gambar yang hampir sama dengan H.265 namun menggunakan bandwidth yang lebih kecil. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengujian terhadap metode kompresi H.265 (HEVC) dan VP9 pada layanan IPTV berbasis video streaming dengan membandingkan resolusi video dari SDTV (480) dan HDTV (720 dan 1.080). Parameter Quality of Service dapat menjadi tolak ukur data yang akan dianalisis. Parameter yang digunakan adalah waktu kompresi, kapasitas penyimpanan video, delay inter-arrival, jitter inter-arrival, packet loss dan throughput. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui efek dari penggunaan video kompresi (codec) H.265 (HEVC) dan VP9 menurut perubahan bitrate, framerate dan bandwidth yang digunakan. Dari hasil pengujian throughput yang diperoleh untuk video dengan kompresi H.265/HEVC kurang lebih 50% dibanding dengan kompresi VP9. Pada kapasitas penyimpanan video H.265/HEVC diperoleh hasil kurang lebih 50% dibanding VP9. Namun pada proses kompresi H.265/HEVC membutuhkan waktu relatif lebih lama dibanding VP9

Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. Theaim was to find out whether there was an effect of education and training as well as workmotivation on employees performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. This researchincluded associative research. The variables of this study were: education and training,motivation, work and employee performance. The samples of this study were 52 employees. Thedata of this study used primary data. The method of data collection of this study wasquestionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result of theanalysis showed that: 1) There was an effect of education and training as well as work motivationon employees performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. It could be seen that the value ofFcount was 245.595 > Ftable was 3.18) There was an effect of education and training onemployees performance at PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper.
